Why CPPM

Our clients are seeking ways to streamline critical services, through elimination of financial leakage and third party control.  Our service facilitates movement toward lowered healthcare costs for the patient and increased organizational solvency, quality and accountability.

Contracted Services

Our clients are using third party vendor(s) to provide critical services that independently are:

  • Financially unsustainable
  • Subsidized by the organization
  • Complicated with recruiting and retention difficulties

These conditions exist secondary to geographic location, labor market conditions, reimbursement issues and other forces beyond our client's control and expertise.  Third party vendors of professional services capitalize on these and other conditions which create difficulties for self-performance.

Vendors complicate the financial problem further by adding their own margins (15-30%) to the equation, increasing the overall cost of healthcare.

Corporation for Permanent Placement and Management

 We transition our clients to self-performance, which enables our clients to: eliminate dependence on vendors for operational logistics, recapture third-party margins, and control the labor force within the organization.

Our Process

rs=w-640-3

We have found that expertise in the clinical practice is required to effectively match providers and services to the special needs of any given location.  We work closely with professional and support staff to understand the local standards and norms that have been successful, and to identify those that need to be changed.  We create and empower teams to execute value-driven changes that are necessary to achieve sustainability and measurable progress in the advancement of our client’s mission.

We use our specialized understanding of clinical specialties, management expertise and team-building techniques to secure long-term employees who are favored among patients, physicians, nursing, support staff and administrators.  The aptitudes of current and prospective teammates are carefully evaluated with special consideration for our client’s core values, clinical requirements and interdepartmental dynamics.

We partner with industry leaders to facilitate organization-wide transitions to permanent employee-based business models.  Our partners have demonstrated leadership and have achieved success in the individual business lines that are selected by our clients for transition.  During the initial phases, our transitional roadmap is constructed in collaboration with our partners, who remain engaged to provide leadership through the remaining phases until completion of the transition.

Self Performance

Although we begin the conversion with an expert transitional team, we recruit, mentor and support new and existing employees for your organization.  Our template is then handed over to your executive leadership.  We remain fully engaged for clinical and administrative support for years into the future.
